36th Post!

Couple new things..

first is when you watch 'Up' then think it's been a while since you've drawn DC's Death :)
9x12 bristol paper and painted with water soluble oils and acrylic.

And this is the first blank sketch cover I've tried in a long time (last time the cover stock was so terrible I gave up on drawing on them for a while).
Copic Markers and white acrylic here and there.

35th Post!

been fooling around with water soluble oil paints lately (mixed with acrylics)...they dry so much faster than standard oil paint. I'm enjoying them so far. here's a couple recent ones.

first up...rookie mistake :)

and then a Psylocke (from Marvel comics).

nothing thanksgiving related this time...oh well. hope you like anyways :)

oh, and don't forget to order the graphic novel I drew 'The Stereotypical Freaks' from Animal Media Group. You can order the book from their website now: Animal Media Group order page

34st Post!

Redheads are fun to draw :)

here's a couple recent ones...first up is Marvel's Goblin Queen. It's always tough being the queen of the goblins when you're dressed like that :)
and next up is DC's Poison Ivy (and a couple friends.)
Both pieces were colored with copic markers (and some paint for the background colors).
